Our comprehensive approach to a transformation is to work with clients to identify skills, practices, and sustainable daily actions for achieving healthy eating goals, while incorporating the right combination of strength training and HIIT to increase or maintain lean muscle mass to increase metabolism and tone all over.  We are there to support them every step of the way.

About Destinee

About Destinee

Destinee is a certified personal trainer, Level 2 Precision Nutrition coach, owner and operator of Complete Health with Destinee, LLC.  Destinee was born and raised in Minnesota, with a short 6 year stint in North Dakota, and still resides in Minnesota today.  Destinee is passionate about helping women have a healthy relationship with food and exercise to live an enjoyable life and still get results they want.  Destinee stays busy with her husband, 3 boys (6, 2, 2), and two dogs. She loves to cook, be outdoors, drink coffee, and have the occasional glass of wine.
